Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in full-stack development, Cloud, and DevOps.
5+ years in consulting/professional services, preferably in AI or technology sectors.
Proven track record deploying AI agents or Generative AI solutions preferred.
Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, Azure DevOps
IBM: watsonx.ai, watsonx Orchestrate.
Certifications across AI and DevOps solutions preferred, not required.
Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate
Microsoft Certified Azure Dev Associate / DevOps Engineer Expert
Microsoft Certified Power Platform Dev Associate / Solution Architect Expert
IBM watsonx Orchestrate Practioner Advanced
IBM watsonx.ai Practitioner Advanced
Experience consulting with clients and translating complex technical concepts into simple, understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and clients simultaneously.
Customer service skills and experience.
Strong organization and documentation abilities.
Willing to travel 10-20% of the time depending on client needs.
This is a hybrid position (2-days in office per week) for candidates based in Seattle or Portland. Relocation is not included.
Compensation
Pay Range: $110,000 to $170,000
Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
